About Acreage Lawns

First hour charge is $150 an hour plus GST.

However, for ongoing clients on our Home Run schedule this cost is reduced to $125 (depending on location and duration.) 

A good guideline for ongoing clients is that they can expect to pay around $50 per acre for ongoing lawncare. Our preference is to charge an hourly rate for mowing tasks. We believe this approach is fair for both parties, as mowing times can vary due to factors like the season, weather conditions or the length of grass.

We can provide an estimate for your property's maintenance needs with just an address and a picture to show the scale of the task at hand. Alternatively, we can visit your property in person for a quote

General garden maintenance tasks will be charged at $65 per hour. This includes tasks such as fencing repairs, use of a whipper snipper, garden waste removal and hedge trimming. For a comprehensive view of various tasks available, please check the gallery below.

There will be no travel costs charged within 25kms of our base in Navigators, unless there is a specific date and time we need to work to. For locations further than 25kms, we are happy to travel at $2.00 per km (one-way charge with the first 25kms from Navigators free). 

 The Home Run schedule is designed to ensure that our  team only visits when your grass needs a cut and attracts a discounted first hour fee of $125 + GST.

• Spring (Sept – Nov): once in Sept ,  twice in Oct and twice in Nov 
• Summer (Dec – Feb): twice in Dec , once in Jan and once in Feb
• Autumn (Mar – May): twice in March, April and May 
• Winter (Jun – Aug): once in July and once in Aug

The title says it all: we attend every 2 or 4 weeks to suit your need / budget.

This three monthly schedule will ensure that your property- whether it's a small paddock or vacant building plot- is maintained frequently enough to avoid extensive overgrowth.
